IT TAKES A SEED INC. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to help Underserved communities combat food scarcity while using sustainable agriculture and alternative energy sources. The organization educates members of the community on how to cultivate nutrient fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs to create wholesome, nutrient-dense meals. IT TAKES A SEED INC. also seeks to educate the community on alternative energy sources such as solar, thermal and wind energy to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions that are emitted from conventional agricultural practices. IT TAKES A SEED INC. facilitates monthly events dedicated to collecting, and properly disposing trash and litter that is present throughout the environment. The overall objective is to lessen the carbon footprint on the Earth.
